Sugar Cookies
1 c. sugar 3-1/4 cups flour 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1 egg 1 cube butter, softened 1/2 c. sour cream 1 t. vanilla
Combine dry ingredients. Add other ingredients in the order listed and beat with electric beaters for 2 minutes. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface and cut out shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Frost.
